These Terms govern your use of bitcoinmf.pro and the BitcoinMF PRO indicator. By using the site or buying the product, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site or buy the product.

BitcoinMF PRO is an invite-only TradingView indicator. On purchase, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it on your own TradingView account, plus lifetime free updates and members' Discord access. You may not:
All intellectual property in the indicator, the BitcoinMF and LazyMF names, branding and site content remains mine. The licence does not transfer ownership.
Access is granted by hand to the TradingView username you provide at checkout, usually within a few hours. You're responsible for giving a correct username — if it's wrong, I can't add you until you correct it. A free TradingView account is required.
The price is $49.99 one-time (subject to the founding-ladder pricing shown on the site at the time of purchase). Local VAT/taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable; as an Israel-registered business, Israeli buyers are charged Israeli VAT. Payment is handled by third-party processors (e.g. [PayPlus], PayPal, BTCPay for crypto); your payment is subject to their terms.
All sales are final except as set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By purchasing and requesting immediate access, you accept that policy.
Updates to the indicator are included free for licence holders. This does not obligate me to develop any specific feature, maintain the product indefinitely, or keep it compatible with every future change to third-party platforms.
Don't use the site or product unlawfully, don't abuse, attack or disrupt the site or its infrastructure, don't share credentials, and don't misrepresent your affiliation with BitcoinMF. I may suspend or revoke access for breach.
The affiliate program is approval-only. Affiliates earn commission (paid in USDT) for valid referrals, tracked in a dashboard, subject to separate affiliate terms. I may withhold or claw back commissions for fraud, self-referral, spam, misleading promotion or chargebacks, and may remove an affiliate at any time. Affiliates must not make guaranteed-profit or misleading claims.
If you trade on Bybit under my referral, you may claim a discount by submitting your Bybit UID at checkout for verification. One discount per customer; I may refuse or reverse it for invalid, shared or abusive UIDs.
The product is a tool, not financial advice, and carries trading risk including total loss. The full Risk Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.
The site and product are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted/error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the site or product. Where liability cannot be excluded, my total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from claims, losses and costs arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the product, or your trading decisions.
I may suspend or revoke your access for breach of these Terms, without refund. Sections that by their nature should survive (licence restrictions, IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.
The product depends on third parties (TradingView, payment processors, exchanges, chat platforms). I'm not responsible for their availability, actions or terms, and I'm not liable if a third party changes or removes a service.
I may update these Terms. The "last updated" date will change and continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of [Tel Aviv–Jaffa], Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Risk Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between us.
Short version: buy it, use it on your own account, don't pirate it, don't rip the logic, don't be a menace. It's a tool I built and I'm letting you use it — be cool about it and we're good.
And the part the lawyers make me say plainly: "LazyMF" is a character, an entertainment alter-ego. The attitude, the "don't bother joining" reverse-psychology, the jokes — that's a bit, not advice and not a promise. If you bought the indicator, joined a chat, clicked a link or read a single word here, you did it because you, a consenting adult, wanted to — of your own free will. Nobody made you. That's the whole agreement, in human.
