This Privacy Policy explains what personal data BitcoinMF collects, why, who it is shared with, and the rights you have over it. It applies to the website bitcoinmf.pro and to the purchase and provision of the BitcoinMF PRO indicator.

Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by my payment providers (see section 4). I do not see or store your full card number. I receive a confirmation of payment, the amount, and limited details needed for invoicing and tax.

I'm based in Israel and some of my providers operate outside your country (including in the EU and the United States). Where data moves out of the EEA/UK, it is protected by recognized safeguards — Israel benefits from an EU adequacy decision, and where needed providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent measures.
I keep order, invoice and tax records for as long as Israeli tax law requires (currently up to seven years). Access-related data (email, TradingView username) is kept while your access is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Support messages are kept only as long as useful, then deleted.
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, you may ask to review the personal data I hold about you and to correct or delete data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
If you're in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority).

I use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, reputable processors) to protect your data. No method is 100% secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security, but I take it seriously.
The site and product are intended for adults (18+). Trading is not for minors. I don't knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has provided data, contact me and I'll remove it.
The site links to third parties (TradingView, Telegram, Discord, Bybit, payment pages). I'm not responsible for their privacy practices — read their policies.
I may update this policy. The "last updated" date will change, and material changes will be made clear on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.

Here's the deal without the suit on: I'm not a data goblin. I take your email and your TradingView name because that's literally how I hand you the script, and the payment stuff is handled by the big payment companies, not me. I'm not selling you, profiling you, or building a creepy little file on you.
One more thing, because it matters legally: "LazyMF" is a character — a loud, lazy, degenerate alter-ego made for entertainment. The business behind it is real and so am I, but the persona, the trash talk and the jokes (yes, including that member counter) are a bit. If you handed over your details, bought anything, or joined a chat, you did it of your own free will because you wanted to. Nobody made you. Use the contact email and I'll sort you out like a human.
