BitcoinMF PRO is a digital product you can see working before you pay. Because of that, the rule is simple and stated up front.
All sales are final. There are no refunds once access has been granted, except where a non-waivable consumer right applies (section 4) or in the limited cases in section 6.
You're buying a one-time licence to the BitcoinMF PRO indicator, added by hand to your TradingView account (invite-only), plus lifetime free updates and access to the members' Discord. It's a digital good delivered immediately (usually within a few hours of providing your TradingView username).
The product page shows exactly what the indicator does, including an honest explanation of signals and repainting, before you buy. Once I add you to the script you have the thing — a digital tool that can't be "returned." A no-refund rule, stated clearly in advance, keeps the price low and the deal clean.
By completing your purchase and providing your TradingView username for immediate access, you confirm you've read this policy and you request that delivery begins right away.
Nothing here removes rights the law won't let me remove.
Under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its distance-selling rules, consumers have cancellation rights in many cases — but the law also provides exceptions, including for "information products" and digital content that can be recorded, reproduced or copied, which this product is. Where a cancellation right nonetheless applies to you and cannot be waived, I will honor it, subject to any cancellation fee and conditions the law permits.
Consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right. By asking for immediate access at checkout you give that consent and acknowledgement, so the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once access is granted, to the extent permitted by law.
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting me first, I may revoke your access while it's investigated. Filing a fraudulent dispute for a product you received and used is not okay — talk to me and I'll help.
In these cases, email me and I'll make it right. Discounts (e.g. the Bybit UID discount) reduce the price you paid; any refund is of the amount actually charged.

I'm not hiding the ball. You can watch the indicator do its thing on the product page before you spend a shekel — that's the whole point. So once I've added you to the script, the "no refunds" thing isn't me being a villain, it's just how digital stuff works. If a payment glitched, you got double-charged, or I genuinely couldn't get you in — message me, I'm not a monster, I'll sort it.
And the legal bit I have to say out loud: "LazyMF" is a character, an entertainment alter-ego. Nothing here is a dare or a promise that you'll make money. If you bought the tool, you did it because you, a grown adult, decided to — of your own free will. That's all.
