These terms govern the Bybit-UID discount (the "Discount") — an optional promotion that lets traders who sign up to Bybit under my referral link and trade actively claim a discount on BitcoinMF PRO. The Discount is offered under, and subject to, the User Agreement, Refund Policy and Risk Disclaimer.
Not affiliated with or endorsed by Bybit. "Bybit" is a trademark of its owner. BitcoinMF is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or partnered with Bybit in any official capacity beyond being a referrer in Bybit's public affiliate/referral program. Bybit is a third party I do not control. Your use of Bybit is governed entirely by Bybit's own terms.
To be eligible you must be 18+ and your Bybit account (identified by its UID) must, as confirmed by Bybit's own data: (a) be registered under my Bybit referral; (b) meet Bybit's identity-verification (KYC) and deposit conditions; and (c) meet a minimum trading-volume threshold that I set and may change at any time. Eligibility is determined solely from information Bybit makes available to me; I do not collect or see your identity documents.
Enter your Bybit UID at checkout for verification. If your UID is verified as eligible, the Discount is applied to your order before payment, and any applicable VAT/tax is recalculated on the discounted price. Where automatic verification isn't available, I may verify your UID manually and issue a one-time discount code by email.
The Discount is a discretionary promotion. I may change the amount, the eligibility thresholds, the verification method, or end the promotion entirely, at any time and at my sole discretion, for future purchases. A change never affects an order already completed.
This promotion is not a recommendation to trade, to use leverage, or to deposit funds on Bybit or anywhere else. Trading carries substantial risk, including the total loss of your capital. Any decision to open a Bybit account, deposit or trade is yours alone, made of your own free will. See the Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
To run the Discount I process your Bybit UID and the eligibility signals Bybit returns (such as referral status, verification status, deposit and volume indicators), and a record of the redemption, as described in the Privacy Policy. I do not collect your Bybit login, identity documents or account credentials.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa having exclusive jurisdiction, except where a mandatory law gives you a non-waivable right in your country of residence. Nothing here limits any right that cannot be limited by the law applicable to you.
